CCP are delighted to have been engaged by a great brand in Hampshire who are looking to recruit a Customer Experience Manager for their rapidly expanding business.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

Location: Southampton

Logistics: Hybrid (Minimum 3-days-a-week in-office)

Reports To: C-Level

Please Note: For the right candidate, our client will consider someone that lives far from Southampton, offering a car allowance and relocation support, or weekly hotel/airbnb accommodation. This role requires a physical presence in the operation at least 3 days per week, and we’re looking for a senior leader with a number of key skills:

  • People Leadership: Inspiring, coaching, and mentoring people, leading by example.
  • Change & Transformation: Continuously looking at ways to improve, re-engineering processes where needed, improving operational efficiencies, focusing on quality.
  • Hands-On: A positive, can-do attitude, rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in when needed.
  • Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships through effective stakeholder management, both internally and externally.
  • Sales Through Service: Constantly seeking opportunities for revenue generation via outstanding customer service delivery.
  • Commercial Acumen: Reporting into the board, this role will be highly visible within the business, and you’ll have complete autonomy, plus any required support from the hierarchy.
