What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling warm, pre-qualified leads across multiple channels
- Providing tailored mortgage advice that aligns with each customer’s unique needs
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards (SMCR)
- Working within internal lending policies with integrity and transparency
- Achieving performance targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience

- Full or part CeMAP qualification (or willingness to complete – training and course costs all provided)
