CCP Games is looking for a Brand Director to guide the global brand and marketing strategy for EVE Vanguard, helping shape how players discover and experience our newest addition to the EVE universe. Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a high-level brand and marketing strategy that aligns with the overarching business goals of EVE Vanguard.
- Lead global brand initiatives and ensure consistent, impactful messaging across all channels.
- Use market research and analytics to guide decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, traditional, and direct channels.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of brand strategies.
- Serve as an experienced leader, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation across marketing, product development, and other key departments.
- Manage high-level relationships with external agencies and strategic partners, and run collaborative projects that enhance brand value.

- Demonstrated success in the games industry, including bringing at least one title to market and contributing to high-performing marketing or branding teams.
- Experience with live-service, MMO, or sandbox games is a plus.
- Strategic, data-focused mindset with the ability to execute both long-term vision and daily delivery.
- High level of agility and adaptability — thrives in changing environments, rapidly tests new ideas, embraces experimentation, and adjusts strategies based on player behaviour, data, or shifting market conditions.
- Effective collaboration skills and a passion for gaming—especially sci‑fi and player-driven worlds.
