Due to our ever increasing workload, an opportunity has arisen within the practice for a Building Surveyor/Project Manager in our Preston office.
CCO Building Consultancy wish to appoint a building surveyor/project manager to join our busy building surveying team.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:-
- Managing instructions from inception to completion.
- Demonstrating and providing high level core building surveying skills.
- Coordinating client and contractor liaison.
The scope of work that the successful candidate would be involved with includes:-
- Preparation of designs and specifications.
- Contracts administration.
- Project monitoring and management.
Personal skills & experience
The successful candidate should demonstrate the following:-
- Have held a building surveyor/project manager position within a similar organisation.
- Exceptional core building surveying skills.
- A good working knowledge of CDM regulations.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- A commitment to extend their professional knowledge through a chosen specialisation in their field.
- Personal experience of CAD packages is essential.
- A current and clean driving license.
Package
A comprehensive package will be offered to the successful candidate who can demonstrate that they can fulfil the requirements detailed above .
