CCMS Care & Case Management Services is seeking a compassionate part-time care worker to support a young adult with physical, sensory and cognitive disabilities who is wheelchair dependent.
You will work 2 x 10-hour shifts per week (8.00am–6.00pm) on a rota, including every other Saturday, with flexible arrangements and training provided.
A current driving license is essential to access community activities and appointments.
