Job Title: HR Business Partner Salary: Competitive Salary and Benefits Package Location: Home Worker Contract type: Permanent / Full Time The Vacancy: We are seeking a strategic and solutions-focused HR Business Partner to join our team. To work in partnership with leaders and HR colleagues to shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of the business. You will operate as a HR expert, to advise, guide and support colleagues and managers by providing people management and development support across designated business areas. This is a nationwide role and there will be a requirement to travel to Liberata / Client offices, but a large proportion of your time will be spent working remotely. You will have a breadth of knowledge and business acumen obtained from significant experience of working in a HR Manager or Business Partner role. Key Responsibilities: Identify HR priorities from business requirements and plans translating them into effective HR practices and delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives. Provide strategic advice on organisational models, job roles, and reporting structures to meet current and future business needs. Influence leaders on HR trends and issues, helping to shape policies, projects and initiatives that enhance business performance. Offer advice on complex HR matters including complex casework, TUPE, attendance, performance, and employee relations. Ensure effective implementation and governance of people policies, mitigating risks associated with disciplinary, absence, and compliance matters. Collaborate with Occupational Health and H&S/Wellbeing to proactively manage and reduce employee absence. Coach and support managers to lead on employee relations cases with confidence and capability. Review and develop people policies in line with legislative changes and evolving business needs. Champion performance management, helping leaders give timely and meaningful feedback. Advise and support recruitment for senior-level roles, participating in interviews and decision-making. Leverage HR analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. Provide HR expertise to support Bid proposals and contractual obligations. Lead, manage, and develop direct reports to deliver high-impact HR solutions. About You: Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally in a Unionised environment. Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to coach and develop both managers and HR teams. Proficient in analysing HR data to drive decision-making and strategy.
