To manage, coach and monitor all aspects of the Digital Forensics Lab performance in conjunction with your line manager, HR and the Forensic Case Team. Act as first line support for a dedicated team of DF Analysts.
Monitor all levels of performance to ensure high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and effective use of resources whilst being customer centric, quality focused and commercially aware. Oversee and model company behaviours to maximise team motivation and performance to the highest levels of precision and efficiency.
Proactively communicate with line management to highlight any challenges and ensure customer deadlines and quality standards are met. Proactively identify and resolve technical and operational issues to ensure effective workflows. Conduct examinations of exhibits and follow the associated processes.
