Are you passionate about driving quality excellence and building strong customer relationships? We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our products consistently meet customer expectations and industry standards.
In this role, you will be the Customer Quality representative within Operations—leading audits, managing customer quality interactions, and supporting our teams with robust processes and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead internal audits and manage CAPAs.
- Prepare for and support external customer and certification audits.
- Act as the primary Quality contact for customer SQE and Purchasing teams.
- Manage customer complaints and drive effective 8D investigations.
- Support containment activities at customer sites when required.
- Ensure effective communication of quality issues across Operations and Production.
- Maintain process controls, WI, and visual aids; deliver training where needed.
- Identify opportunities for quality and process improvement.
- 5+ years’ manufacturing experience + relevant technical degree (or equivalent).
- At least 3 years in a Quality Engineering role.
- Formal quality auditor qualification.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 (required) and IATF 16949 & ISO 27001 (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills across all levels.
- Experience with Quality tools (DoE, PFMEA, Control Plans, root cause analysis, etc.).
- Proven success managing external audits.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
