CCL Global is seeking an Estates Technical Services Manager for a hybrid role based in Salisbury, UK.
Business Unit: Ministry of Defence | Defence Science and Technology Laboratory | Operations | Facilities Management Services
This role is required to maintain our safety, legal and compliance related activities. Dstl must urgently improve its alarms management model which will identify critical steps to protect against Major Accident Hazard (MAH) potential risks and bolster implementation of the Alarms Policy across the lab. This requires a level of competence and SQEP resource not currently available within Dstl. An active SC clearance is required for this role.
Job Summary: The Estates Technical Services Manager will provide specialist technical support to the Estates Senior Technical Services Manager by providing technical leadership and assurance to critical CB programmes to ensure a fit for purpose Hard FM infrastructure. The Estates Technical Services Manager will contribute to ongoing operational activity and lead the NBSC, FASP459, HSE Interventions and Bld 2,4,6.
