CYBER TRANSFORMATION LEAD
CCL Global are currently recruiting for a Cyber Transformation Lead to support a major critical national infrastructure programme within a highly secure environment. This role will play a key part in driving cyber security strategy, governance, and organisational maturity.
Type of Contract: Contract (Outside IR35)
Location: Cheshire, WA3 6GR (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
Contract Length: 12 months
Key Duties Will Include:
- Act as a senior cyber advisor, aligning security initiatives with organisational strategy
- Lead and coordinate resolution of complex or high-profile cyber security challenges
- Develop, implement, and embed cyber security policies, standards, and procedures
- Provide oversight of cyber programmes, including reporting, governance, and risk tracking (RAG status)
- Engage with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and drive improvements
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats, risks, and industry trends
- Support leadership with briefings and strategic cyber insight
- Contribute to cyber awareness, culture, and training initiatives
- Support incident readiness and assurance activities at a senior level
Requirements:
- Strong experience in cyber security strategy, transformation, or governance roles
- Proven ability to operate at senior stakeholder level within complex organisations
- Experience developing cyber policies, standards, and frameworks
- Understanding of cyber risk, assurance, and regulatory environments
- Ability to oversee programmes and align cyber initiatives to business objectives
Desirable:
- Experience within government, defence, or critical infrastructure environments
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation or regulatory programmes
