CCL Global are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support complex project delivery within a highly secure environment. This role requires an established PM with strong governance, stakeholder management and risk management capability, able to operate confidently across sensitive defence programmes.

Location: Corsham, UK.

Type of Contract: 12 Month contract (Inside IR35)

Key duties will include:

  • Lead project delivery from initiation through completion
  • Manage planning, governance, risks, issues and reporting
  • Coordinate Business Case development activities
  • Monitor delivery against cost, schedule and quality targets
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and project communications
  • Ensure effective change control and decision‑making processes
  • Support benefits realisation and project assurance activities

Key Requirements

  • Active DV Clearance
  • Eligible to hold STRAP
  • No connections to Tier 1 or Tier 2 countries
  • Strong all‑round Project Management background (ideally 5+ years)
  • Experience supporting medium‑large complex projects
  • RAID management and governance experience
  • Experience supporting OBC/FBC development
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across internal and external audiences
  • Experience writing review notes / governance documentation beneficial

Qualifications

  • APM PFQ, MSP Foundation or equivalent project qualification required
