Facade Procurement Lead in Wakefield

CCL Facades is part of the Caddick Construction Group and delivers high-quality façade solutions across a range of exciting construction projects. We are seeking an experienced Facades Buyer to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the procurement of façade materials and systems, ensuring cost efficiency, quality and timely delivery across projects.

Working closely with the Bid & Pre-Construction team, Project Managers, suppliers and Commercial teams, you will support projects from early-stage procurement through to successful delivery.

• Be responsible for sourcing and procuring façade materials in line with project requirements, ensuring quality, cost efficiency and programme alignment.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate competitive pricing, ensuring best value is achieved while maintaining strong and reliable supply chain partnerships.
• Support project teams with procurement strategies and contribute to the development of budgets during pre-construction and delivery phases.
• Track orders, monitor deliveries and oversee supply chain performance to ensure materials are delivered on time and in accordance with project programmes.
• Ensuring compliance with project specifications and requirements will be a key part of the role.
• The position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to support efficient and successful project delivery.

• Experience in procurement or estimating within facades, cladding or the wider construction industry is essential.
• Strong negotiating skills.
• Experience managing supplier relationships.
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a team environment contributing across the business unit.
• Good management skills.
