Quantity Surveyor - Liverpool

CCL Facades (Caddick Construction Group) is renowned for quality, integrity, and innovation in the facade sector. We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team due to a number of exciting new projects in Liverpool.

What You’ll Do

• Working on a variety of projects in Liverpool reporting directly to one of our Commercial Managers.
• The role is primarily office based and will provide commercial support to the project teams on all projects for which they are responsible.
• Ensure that projects are administered effectively and that the business objectives in terms of appropriate commercial targets and customer focus are achieved.

What We’re Looking For

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for a Main Contractor or Specialist Sub Contractor.
• Familiarity with JCT/NEC forms of contract.
• Knowledge of current Construction Law.
• Experience in commercial management.
• Experience in procurement of subcontractors, measurement and control cycle, certificates and accruals calculations.
• Good knowledge of monthly reporting and earned value analysis.
