Role: Assistant Store Manager

Starting Rate: £13.46 + Bonus

This is a fantastic Newbury based opportunity for someone looking to work in an exciting, and rapidly growing industry. VPZ is the UK’s number one vape retailer. Since opening our first store in Edinburgh, we've expanded to over 190 locations across the UK and we're not stopping there. We are known for setting and driving the standards within the vape industry and providing excellent product and sales training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Helping the Store Manager with coaching and developing your team members in all aspects of their role
  • Retail sales
  • Helping your store meet and exceed targets
  • Overseeing and supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store including rota management/time and attendance, store standards, stock management and cash handling
Experience required
  • Experience in supervising and managing a team, preferably within a retail environment
  • Strong leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to cope with changing priorities
