We are currently seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high performance across all shifts. Salary up to £40k.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
  • Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of warehouse operatives
  • Managing inbound and outbound goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitoring picking, packing, and dispatch processes to meet delivery schedules
  • Maintaining stock accuracy and overseeing stock control processes

Experience required:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience with picking, packing, and stock control systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
