We are currently seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high performance across all shifts. Salary up to £40k.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of warehouse operatives
- Managing inbound and outbound goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Monitoring picking, packing, and dispatch processes to meet delivery schedules
- Maintaining stock accuracy and overseeing stock control processes
Experience required:
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with picking, packing, and stock control systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
