What we are looking for – essential criteria Experience of property inspection, maintenance contracting, and front line working with contractors Able to prepare detailed work specifications Able to deliver a surveying role in both Planned and Reactive work scenarios/disciplines Experience in undertaking formal fire risk assessments on domestic dwellings Use own initiative, and manage a busy and diverse workload to prioritise tasks and meet challenging deadlines Excellent written & verbal communication skills Strong Attention to detail Good IT knowledge & skills (including Outlook, Word, Excel) & confidence in using specialist software packages Able to work within a strong team environment, covering for others when needed Able to plan, organise and manage own workload About us Founded as Croydon Churches Housing Association, ccha is a social housing provider with a focus on quality homes and excellent customer care.
