- Hybrid:(4 days onsite & in office, dependant on business requirements)

As part of a small team provide a professional and reliable service to the residents of ccha by delivering a technical surveying service whilst ensuring that ccha delivers high performance, value for money, compliancy targets and provides decent and energy efficient homes to its residents.
Experience of property inspection, maintenance contracting, and front line working with contractors
- Able to deliver a surveying role in both Planned and Reactive work scenarios/disciplines
- Use own initiative, and manage a busy and diverse workload to prioritise tasks and meet challenging deadlines
- Strong Attention to detail
- Able to work within a strong team environment, covering for others when needed
