Join us as our new Senior Neighbourhood Officer Full time – 35 hours per week Hybrid working (2 days in office, 1 day onsite, 2 days at home, flexible based on needs of the service) Location: Croydon. Working across 3 Boroughs, Croydon, Bromley and Sutton Salary – £45,518.00 Benefits on offer: 25 days leave, matching pension, private health, flexible working and more. Interview dates 28/29 January 2025 Advert Closing date on Sunday 19 January at 23.59pm Essential requirements for our Senior Neighbourhood Officer: Driving license Access to a vehicle and business use insurance DBS check Experience of working in social housing and a good understanding Housing Law and dealing effectively with complex tenancy management issues. Key Skills Required Customer focused and able to understand our diverse residents’ need Experience of managing and supporting staff and an ability to teach and train others effectively. Able to work collaboratively and deliver in a fast-paced and busy environment. An exciting opportunity has arisen in our friendly Neighbourhood services team, we are looking for in a Senior Neighbourhood Officer: Great people skills In-depth housing knowledge to help manage our team and a small patch in delivering proactive and customer-focussed tenancy and neighbourhood services. Management skills to assist in delivering a high-quality service (including leading on cases of ASB and complex housing management) Improving services and delivering an excellent housing management service to our residents in our general needs accommodation.
