About The Role:
You will act as a first point of contact for IT support queries, providing Level 1 support including account management, password resets, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. You’ll support onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain IT documentation and knowledge bases, and assist with system administration, asset management, and IT projects. You will also work closely with colleagues and external providers to resolve issues and improve IT services across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who is eager to learn and develop.
