We are seeking a Senior Neighbourhoods Officer to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent people skills, in-depth housing management knowledge, and proven experience in delivering high-quality housing.
Full time - 35 hours per week
Fixed Term Contract - 12 months
Office Location: Croydon
Hybrid working (1-3 days onsite and in the office per week, dependant on business requirements)
Salary: £47,963 P.A.
Benefits on offer: 25 days leave (+1 day increase after each year of employment), extra holidays for celebration days, matching pension, private healthcare and health plan benefit provider, flexible working and more.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead on all aspects of tenancy and neighbourhood management, ensuring safe, welcoming and thriving communities.
- Provide guidance and support to Neighbourhood Officers, sharing expertise and driving continuous improvement.
- Manage complex tenancy cases, including anti-social behaviour, tenancy breaches, and safeguarding issues.
- Work collaboratively with residents, colleagues, and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, policy, and best practice in housing management.
- Right to Work in UK
- Basic DBS check
- Full UK driving license
- Customer focused and able to understand our diverse residents' needs.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach, with the ability to lead and inspire others.
- Experience of working in social housing and a good understanding of Housing Law, dealing effectively with complex tenancy management issues and ASB.
- Estate management experience.
- Able to work collaboratively and deliver in a fast-paced and busy environment.
