As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will work closely with the Director of Finance & Resources, deputising when required, and contributing to organisation-wide strategy, planning and performance. You will champion operational excellence, digital transformation, value for money and strong internal controls, ensuring that our services are fit for purpose, future-focused and delivered to a high standard.
Oversee day to day financial operations including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, management accounts and audit coordination. Lead the preparation of annual budgets and financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Ensure consistent application of financial regulations, rent standards, and value for money principles. Oversee ICT service levels, supplier relationships, digital transformation projects and disaster recovery planning. Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety requirements and support ccha's green agenda.
