About the Role

As an apprentice, you will support individuals with their daily living needs, helping to promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing. You will work alongside experienced staff and receive ongoing training and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support with meals, hydration, and nutrition
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Help individuals move safely and use mobility aids
  • Follow care plans and report any changes in wellbeing
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

Training

  • Work towards a Level 2 qualification in Adult Care
