Registered Nurse (Nights) - Olivet, Acocks Green
Christadelphian Care Homes exists mainly, although not exclusively, to care for members of the Christadelphian faith.
We operate a number of care homes and sheltered housing schemes throughout the UK and are able to deliver care tailored to individual needs from low support through to residential, nursing and specialised care, including dementia.

At Olivet, we are seeking a dedicated Part Time Registered Nurse to join our compassionate team, working two nights a week from 9pm-8am.
You'll play a vital role in supporting the health, comfort, and spiritual wellbeing of our residents – leading colleagues, delivering clinical care, overseeing daily care delivery, and ensuring that every resident is treated with dignity and respect.
Please note that we are ideally looking for support on Saturday nights.
Key responsibilities
- Delivering safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in line with NMC standards and our Christadelphian ethos.
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating personalised care and treatment plans.
- Administering medications and monitoring health outcomes.
- Supporting and mentoring senior and care staff to maintain the highest standards of care.
- Promoting residents' dignity, comfort, and spiritual fulfilment.
Experience
- Proven experience in care delivery within a nursing home, primary care, or hospital environment, with a genuine passion for supporting older adults and enhancing their quality of life.
- Flexible and reliable approach to working patterns, with the ability to work a range of shifts, including alternate weekends, to ensure continuity of care and support for residents.
- Strong clinical awareness and sound judgement, ensuring that the highest standards of safety, dignity, and person-centred care are consistently maintained.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with residents, families, colleagues, and external professionals.
- Leadership ability and a team-focused mindset, supporting and mentoring others to uphold best practices and foster a positive, compassionate working environment.
- Commitment to Christadelphian Care Homes' ethos and values, demonstrating respect, empathy, and integrity in all aspects of care provision and team conduct.
- Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification with a valid NMC pin.
