Role Responsibilities: – Management of staff: Operationally manage the members of the Asset Planning team, carrying out one to ones, reviews, and all line management duties in line with the organisations policies & procedures – Data Analysis & Collection: Ensure stock data is updated and maintained within the asset management system and other systems, following any change to the stock or its assets. – Transfer site and cost based information to the asset management system, ensuring that accurate records regarding stock (including non-domestic) are maintained, including the update of SORs between systems. – Ensure that asset related data including completions of component renewals, updates from surveys and any other relevant data are loaded into the relevant s…
