- Assess and review individual care packages, providing practical training to care workers, clinical supervisions and instructions using your clinical expertise and guidance.
- Work with healthcare workers at the point of care which may include home, school, community, and day centres.
- Interact with ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, private and NHS hospitals, nursing homes and learning disability establishments.
- Participate in paid phone support On Call Rota on a rotational basis.
