CCH, Maidstone Complex SCP, part of CCH, is recruiting for a Complex Care role in Swanscombe. You will look after a young gentleman with autism in a highly social care package, building rapport and supporting with daily activities.
You will help with life skills, domestic duties, and engage in the client’s hobbies, including cooking, walks, and community activities. Vehicle access is required for community access.
