Expect to be asked how you'd handle specific patient care scenarios, so we should review common situations you might face. Being able to demonstrate your knowledge practically will go a long way!

Familiarise Yourself with the Healthcare Environment

Get a good understanding of healthcare settings, like how a hospital unit operates or what a day looks like in a nursing home. We can even look at specific tools or software used in patient care at places like Cch Group. If you know how the team functions, it’ll show you’re ready to jump right in!

In nursing, showing you're a team player with a caring attitude is as crucial as the technical stuff. Think of examples from your training or volunteering experience that highlight these qualities. We want to present ourselves as someone who makes patients feel comfortable and works well with others in high-pressure situations.

Prepare for Scenario-Based Questions

Since you’re aiming for an entry-level role, expect lots of scenario-based questions during your interview.
