CCH group seeks a Complex Care Nurse to support a young client with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy in Southport. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care, including TPN, PEG feeding, and ventilator support, while building strong relationships with the client and their support network.
The role requires active NMC registration, extensive clinical skills in complex care, and a compassionate approach to maintain comfort, dignity and quality of life.
