Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Booking Coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Oversee day-to-day scheduling and staffing operations to ensure timely and accurate placement of healthcare workers.
- Monitor team performance, set objectives, and ensure bookings targets and SLAs are achieved.
- Support demand forecasting and optimise staff allocation across all branches.
- Implement efficient workflows and digital tools to streamline the bookings process.
- Develop strategies to improve fill rates, reduce unfulfilled shifts, and maximise worker availability.
- Act as an escalation point for operational issues, ensuring swift resolution and continuous service improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, safeguarding guidelines, and regulatory standards.
- Provide regular performance reports to the Operations Director.
- Champion Hamilton Crossโs culture, values, and best practices within the central staffing function.
