We are looking for a compassionate and flexible Complex Care Assistant to support a client with autism and epilepsy. The role involves assisting with meal preparation, domestic duties, arranging and attending medical and personal appointments, and supporting with medication and access to the local community. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills with full training and clinical support in a supportive, person‑centred environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with meal preparation and domestic duties.
  • Arrange and attend medical and personal appointments.
  • Support with medication administration and access to local community.
  • Assist with challenging behaviours and caring for non‑verbal clients.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a support worker or care assistant role is extremely advantageous, especially with medication administration, moving & handling equipment, challenging behaviour, caring for non‑verbal clients, and autism & epilepsy experience.
  • Full valid UK manual driving licence is essential.
