As an IT Implementation Support Officer, you will use your operational knowledge to support branches through system implementations, process changes, acquisitions, and business transformation projects. You will work directly with operational teams, helping them adopt new systems and ways of working while ensuring service delivery remains at the heart of everything we do. Your understanding of scheduling, workforce planning, care delivery, and branch operations will enable you to provide practical support and coaching to teams across the business.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for operational teams and central support functions throughout project delivery and change initiatives.
- Support branches through new system implementations, process changes, acquisitions, and contract mobilisations.
- Deliver training, coaching, and ongoing support to colleagues on rostering systems and operational processes.
- Help branches improve system utilisation, scheduling efficiency, and operational performance.
- Build strong relationships with branch teams and become a trusted support partner for change initiatives.
- Support the onboarding of new employees into CCH Group systems and processes.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure implementations are delivered successfully.
- Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement across branch operations.
- Produce training materials, process documentation, and user guides.
- Support business-as-usual system upgrades and enhancements.
- Promote best practice and drive adoption of new systems and processes across the organisation.
Qualifications
We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked in a domiciliary care branch environment and have hands-on experience managing complex rotas and scheduling care delivery.
Ideal Experience
- Experience as a Care Coordinator, Senior Care Coordinator, Care Manager, Branch Manager, Branch Administrator, or similar operational role within home care.
- Strong experience using rostering and scheduling systems.
- A thorough understanding of care operations, workforce planning, and branch performance measures.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The confidence to train, coach, and support colleagues at all levels.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working within a domiciliary care or community care environment.
- Proven experience managing or supporting care rotas and scheduling.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK, often at short notice.
