Job Description
- Manage day‑to‑day operations across 3 Extra Care Schemes.
- Build and lead a successful care team that delivers personal care services to users.
- Ensure a sufficient number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet service demands.
- Maintain the required standard of care and ensure all processes are correctly controlled and documented.
- Guarantee compliance with quality standards internally, and with regulators and contract holders.
- Assume CQC Registered Manager responsibilities for the schemes.
