What you\’ll doThe role of the Extra Care Scheme Manager is to manage day‐to‐day activity and grow a successful care team that individually delivers personal care services to our service users. In running the branch, you will be accountable for ensuring the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet service demands, that the care work is of the required standard, and that all processes are followed, correctly controlled and documented. You will also be responsible for compliance for quality, both internally and for regulators and contract holders.
