We are currently looking for a caring and compassionate individual to support our clients across the following areas and surrounding locations:
- Croydon
- Lewisham
- Greenwich
- Mitcham
As an Assigned Care Assistant, you will support clients by covering rota gaps across a range of care packages, helping to ensure continuity of care and building familiarity and trust while delivering high-quality, person-centred support. You will play a key role in maintaining consistency for service users in their own homes and within the community, providing compassionate care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing. The role involves travelling between client locations as required, working collaboratively with families and the wider team, and developing positive relationships through reliable and professional support.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience and competence in key clinical skills including:
- Tracheostomy care
- PEG feeding
- Ventilator support
- Suctioning
- Catheter care
You will work a flexible pattern of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, with opportunities to gain experience across a variety of care settings. If you are adaptable, skilled, and committed to delivering safe and effective care, we would welcome your application.
