The CCH Group is seeking an ECM Officer to join our team full-time.
You will manage the ECM system, respond to alerts, liaise with carers about attendance, and run reports for management and payroll.
The successful candidate will have experience with ECM or similar systems in healthcare or domiciliary care, strong MS Office skills, and excellent data analysis and communication abilities to support staff and reporting requirements.
