Location: Barnstaple – EX31 3TA

Salary: £25,364

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm, with additional on‑call duties on a rota basis

What you’ll do:

  • The Care Coordinator ensures the highest quality care services by managing care workers and performing field‑based duties.
  • Responsibilities include:
    • Assessing and reviewing individual care plans
    • Supervising, instructing, and supporting care staff in the field
    • Managing rotas to impeccable standards
    • Building strong relationships with care workers

This role requires a valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle due to the travel involved.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Efficient, organised Care Coordinator passionate about community care
  • Stepping Up: Previous healthcare experience and a solid understanding of CQC, care plans, and rotas is desirable
  • NVQ level 3 is desirable
