You will provide 1:1 care for a 16-year-old girl with a spinal cord injury in her family home, ensuring safety, comfort and wellbeing through daytime activities and night-time support.
The role includes night shifts, escorting the client to school and personal care, with full nurse-led training and ongoing clinical support.
