Provide person‑centred care for a young lady in her thirties with cerebral palsy. Responsibilities include:
- Administer personal care and support daily living activities.
- Prepare food and provide nutritional support.
- Engage in social and emotional support activities.
- Assist registered general nurses with clinical tasks such as tracheostomy management, PEG feeding, and catheter care.
- Use moving & handling equipment safely.
- Promote and facilitate the patient's recreational interests including pet care, arts and crafts, and local park visits.
Qualifications Required:
- Previous experience in complex care (preferred with tracheostomies, PEG feeding, and catheter care).
- Knowledge of cerebral palsy.
- Experience with moving and handling equipment.
