CCG is one of Scotland’s largest privately-owned construction and manufacturing companies, and we have an exciting trainee role available based at our company HQ in Cambuslang.
The position involves assisting the Accounts team with various accounting duties and would be suitable for applicants at SCQF Level 4. Experience is not essential as full training will be provided; any existing experience would be an advantage. The successful candidate will also be put through an SVQ Level 3 in Business Administration – (SCQF Level 6).
SALARY: DOE
HOURS: Full time, Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.30pm, Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm. Core Flexible Hours available once trained
LOCATION: CCG (Scotland), 1 Cambuslang Road, Cambuslang Investment Park, Glasgow G32 8NB – this is an office-based role and does not involve working from home.

STATUS: 2 Year Apprenticeship with the opportunity of becoming permanent

- Posting purchase invoices to the correct accounts by computer
- Processing payment runs
- Reconciling of statements
- Dealing with account queries
