CCG is one of Scotland’s largest construction and manufacturing groups, and our specialist Asset Management, which is responsible for all new build plumbing requirements and the planned maintenance of occupied homes, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support its managerial team based at CCG HQ in Cambuslang.
Salary: DOE
Hours: Full time, Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.00pm, Friday 8.00am to 3.00pm. Flexible core working hours available.
Location: CCG Hub, 9 Cambuslang Road, Glasgow, G32 8NB. This is an in‑office role – no hybrid or home working.
Status: Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Assist with project planning – helping create schedules, timelines and task lists
- Monitor progress – tracking milestones, updating status reports and flagging delays or risks
- Coordinate communication – organising meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and ensuring stakeholders stay informed
- Support documentation – maintaining project files, preparing presentations and ensuring documentation is stored systematically
- Assist with issue and risk identification – helping the team spot potential blockers early
- General admin support – resource coordination, follow‑ups and logistical tasks that keep the project running smoothly
Skills:
