CCG (Scotland) is one of the country’s largest privately owned construction and manufacturing groups, and we are seeking a receptionist to join our team at our Cambuslang HQ.
As a receptionist, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting all guests and visitors at the reception.
- Politely and professionally answering phone calls and redirecting them to the appropriate department.
- Performing various front desk duties and assisting with admin duties as needed.
Salary: DOE
Hours: Part-time, Monday to Friday 8am to 12 noon
Location: CCG (Scotland, 1 Cambuslang Road, Cambuslang Investment Park, Glasgow, G32 8NB)
Status: Fixed Term Contract until 18th December 2026
Role:
- Answer incoming telephone calls, determine the purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel and department.
- Greet visitors/guests politely and professionally, determining the nature and purpose of their visit.
- Monitor visitors’ access and issue visitor passes.
- Sort external mail, messages and courier deliveries.
- Assist with general Admin duties as needed.
- Book meeting rooms.
Skills:
