CCG, one of Scotland’s largest privately-owned construction and manufacturing companies, has an exciting opportunity available for a motivated individual to join the CCG Marketing & Communications Team on a full or part-time basis.
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Manager in delivering integrated marketing and communications activity across the CCG brand and its subsidiaries. The role is suited to an individual with a strong understanding of modern marketing practices, including digital content and data-led marketing campaigns, and who has a particular strength in written communications. You will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, supporting business development, and delivering engaging content across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing strategies across multiple projects through the creation of high-quality content including multiple websites and social media channels (TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), as well as email marketing campaigns, press releases, case studies and award submissions.
- Assist with the development of multimedia content, including video, photography, and graphic design that showcases our project portfolio and manufacturing premises.
- Manage and update website content, ensuring SEO best practices are applied.
- Support brand consistency across all communications.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytic tools.
- Assist with event planning and stakeholder engagement.
- Stay up to date with emerging marketing trends and recommend new approaches.
Key Skills & Experience
- 2-3+ years’ experience in a marketing or communications role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Experience creating content across multiple formats (written, visual, video).
- Working knowledge of WordPress and social media platforms.
- Understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g. analytics, email platforms, scheduling tools).
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence.

Salary Competitive, based on experience.
Hours Full-time: Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm; Part-time: 20 hours or more – schedule can be flexible.
Location 1 Cambuslang Road, Cambuslang Investment Park, G32 8NB, CCG (Scotland).
Status Permanent, office-based role. No hybrid working.
