CCG (Scotland) is one of the country’s largest construction and manufacturing groups. Our Asset Management Division delivers planned maintenance works to occupied homes, and we are seeking an Administration Assistant (Part-Time) to assist with various administrative functions within the Asset Management department.
SALARY: Dependent on skills/experience
HOURS: Part Time, Monday to Friday 10.00am to 2.00pm
LOCATION: CCG Hub, 9 Cambuslang Road, Cambuslang Investment Park, Glasgow, G32 8NB
DEPARTMENT: Asset Management Department
STATUS: Permanent
THE ROLE
- Typing minutes and other correspondence
- Support the site team with admin duties
- Update progress reports from the site team and keep the client up to date
- Process maintenance timesheets for payroll
- Call handling from tenants
- Update weekly labour costs for construction and AM sites
- Booking appointments with tenants for access
- Lettering tenants
- Photocopying/scanning and keeping all contract files up to date
- Receiving, logging and distributing site project paperwork
Skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Good organisational skills to manage demanding workload
- Ability to work effectively on own as well as being part of a team
