CCG OSM specialises in the off-site manufacture of closed-panel timber systems and operates from one of the most advanced facilities of its kind in the UK. The company principally serves the construction arm of the CCG Group, delivering housing and care homes across the country, and is currently recruiting Production Line/ Wall Line Operatives to support the ongoing expansion of the Group’s construction activities across the Central Belt.
The successful candidate should have good experience of building wall panels/floor cassettes.
SALARY: Starting salary of £12.45 with an opportunity to earn up to £13.06 when fully trained and experienced. There is also an opportunity to earn an incentive for achieving targets on a weekly basis that is paid bi-annually.
HOURS: Early shift 06.00 to 14.00 Monday to Friday with a 30-minute break each day = 37.5 hours per week. Back shift 14.00 to 22.00 Monday to Thursday with a 30-minute break each day excluding Friday and Friday 14.00 to 18.00 = 34 hours per week, plus a 10.5% shift allowance on back shift.
