CCG (Scotland) is one of the country’s largest privately owned construction and manufacturing groups, and we are seeking a receptionist to join our team at our Cambuslang HQ. As a receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting all guests and visitors at the reception. You will politely and professionally answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate department. Also, as the receptionist, you will perform various front desk duties and assist with admin duties as needed.
SALARY: DOE
HOURS: Part-time, Monday to Friday 8am to 12 noon
LOCATION: CCG (Scotland, 1 Cambuslang Road, Cambuslang Investment Park, Glasgow, G32 8NB
STATUS: Fixed Term Contract until 18th December 2026
THE ROLE
- Answer incoming telephone calls, determine the purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel and department
- Greet visitors/guests politely and professionally, determining the nature and purpose of their visit
- Monitor visitors’ access and issue visitor passes
- Sort external mail, messages and courier deliveries
- Assist with general Admin duties as needed
