We are currently seeking a high-calibre Regional Sales Director to join our Central and Midlands leadership team. This is a pivotal appointment focused on commercial transformation, margin optimization, and the long-term development of our human capital in a complex, evolving market. This role will cover Nottingham, Birmingham, Northampton, Peterborough, Norwich and Colchester.
What you will be doing:
- You will hold full accountability for the sales performance and strategic direction of the Central/Midlands region.
- Your remit will be to transition the business from traditional volume-based sales toward a more sophisticated, value-driven commercial model.
- Market Transformation: You will leverage your entrepreneurial acumen to identify high-yield market opportunities, diversifying our revenue streams and insulating the business against market depletion.
