CCEA places itself at the heart of the Northern Ireland community, with a remit that includes the development of the school curriculum, regulating qualifications and conducting examinations and assessment. CCEA provides a range of support services to the Irish medium sector including translation and editorial services in relation to examinations and curriculum.
CCEA is currently seeking to appoint 3 Higher Executive Officers within the Irish medium translation and editorial service. In these roles you will support the Senior Administration Officer in both coordinating workflow for WJEC and for CCEA examinations and curriculum and quality assuring the work of a team of professional translators.
To be successful, you will be required to be an experienced editor and be able to demonstrate excellent planning and organisational skills, as well as effective time management skills to deliver complex and competing priorities. You must have experience of working in a translation and editorial service dealing with specialised and sophisticated language.
