CCEA places itself at the heart of the Northern Ireland community, with a remit that includes the development of the school curriculum, regulating qualifications and conducting examinations and assessment.
The Education Manager will provide high quality delivery, development and support for several CCEA qualifications including GCSE Construction and the Built Environment, GCSE Business and Communication Systems, Occupational Studies and COPE.
The post holder will also be required to contribute to work across the wider organisation including in relation to curriculum matters at Key Stage 3 and 4, as required.
The post holder will also be responsible for overseeing and managing work related to the development, conduct, technical operation, support and marketing of examinations/qualifications as well as contributing to other relevant work across the business.
The successful applicant will be highly motivated with at least 3 years experience of teaching at post-primary level and 3 years experience of working at middle management level as an educationalist.
This post is offered on a fixed term basis until 31 March 2027.
