Maintain test security and test files. Maintain all paperwork in an organized manner. Ability to communicate issues that arise both verbally and in writing. Handle questions and requests in person and on the phone in a professional and customer friendly manner. Answer phones when necessary. Carry out tasks assigned by the DM Learning Coach and Project Director. Other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma/Associates Degree preferred plus one year experience in education, testing environment, or customer service preferred.
- Basic skills in math preferred.
- Experience with computers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a busy environment with a diverse population.
- Good organizational skills.
