The Role
You will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive works across commercial sites in London.
Technical Responsibilities
- Planned and reactive maintenance on commercial plumbing and gas systems.
- Servicing, repairing and installing commercial boilers and plant room equipment.
- Fault-finding and system diagnostics.
- Gas safety inspections and compliance certification.
- Completing accurate job reports and documentation.
- Supporting minor quoting and site surveys where required.
You’ll be trusted to manage your day professionally and represent the company to a high standard.
Commercial & Business Development Focus
We are looking for more than just a technical engineer. You will also:
- Build trusted relationships with facilities managers and property managers.
